The role involves delivering end-to-end UX/UI designs, collaborating closely with developers and clients, and contributing to both new and existing products. It combines hands-on UI work with workshop facilitation and design system development in an international environment. 🗂️ Requirements: 4+ years commercial experience as UX/UI Designer, Proven experience designing web and native mobile applications (Android, iOS), Strong portfolio with delivered projects, Advanced proficiency in Figma, Experience building and maintaining design systems, Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines, Experience with Information Architecture and User-Flows, Experience facilitating workshops and using tools like Miro or FigJam, Experience using AI tools for generating wireframes and UI layouts, Experience in direct client collaboration, Ability to work onsite during client workshops (Warsaw), Fluent English (C1), Fluent Polish 📃 Skills: Figma, Android, iOS, MaterialDesign, HumanInterfaceGuidelines, Miro, FigJam, InformationArchitecture, UserFlows, DesignSystems, AI, Wireframing, Prototyping 🏢 Description: About itCraft 👩‍💻👨🏻‍💻 Software house 15+ years on the market 50+ people on the board 250+ finished projects , from “Uber-like” applications throughout platforms for patients to book home visits with doctors to e-commerce modern technologies & tools About the role 🚀 As a UX/UI Designer, you will focus mainly (approx. 90% of the time) on designing in Figma . Your main task will be preparing designs for mobile and web applications, including native and cross-platform ones. You will work on applications built from scratch as well as develop existing products, adding new functionalities according to an established design. Activities such as research or user interviews are very occasional in this role. During implementation, you will collaborate with developers and testers, working together to find the optimal approach to the design. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients from all over the world, influencing product development. You will bring your ideas to life by implementing them in mobile and web applications, supporting businesses from various industries, including healthcare, finance, telecommunications, and others. What should you have? ✅ 4+ years of commercial experience as UX/UI Designer , Experience in designing web and mobile (Android, iOS) applications ( confirmed by projects in the portfolio ), Experience in direct cooperation with the client , Independence in delivering the UX/UI of the product during the whole product lifecycle, Experience in workshop facilitation (practical knowledge of Canva Value Proposition, Business Model Canvas, defining personas, competitor analysis etc.) Experience in using workshop tools (Miro / FigJam), Designing from high-level perspective (Information Architecture, User-Flows), Flexibility in using Figma (reusing and maintaining already existing components from design system), Practical knowledge of mobile standards such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Experience in building design systems , Strong visual design aesthetic, Experience in working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, analysts, and business clients), Assertiveness and skills to keep things under control, Good communication skills - esp. facilitation & giving feedback, Leadership skills, mentoring, and collaboration with other less experienced designers in the team (nice to have), Ability to join onsite workshops with clients (mainly in Warsaw) , Experience in using AI specifically for design (not just text prompts, but using AI to generate wireframes, UI layouts, and sitemaps to accelerate your prototyping and ideation process), Fluency in English - comfortability to communicate with natives (at least C1 - a must-have, we have international clients), Fluent Polish . Who might not be the best fit for this role? 🚩 To make sure we are a perfect match, we would like to be transparent about who we are not looking for. You might want to skip this application if: You lack mobile-first experience: We focus heavily on mobile products. If your portfolio doesn’t showcase native mobile designs or you aren't intimately familiar with Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design (Android) , this won't be the right fit. You are 100% remote-only: While we offer remote work, we value face-to-face collaboration for strategy. If you aren't willing or able to travel for physical workshops with our clients (mainly in Warsaw), we won't be able to move forward. You struggle with self-management: We don't micro-manage. If you need someone to constantly remind you of deadlines or push your tasks forward, you’ll find our pace challenging. You have high-volume side commitments: We are looking for dedicated partners. If you have other clients or projects taking up 80-100% of your capacity , we won't be able to ensure the quality and availability our clients expect. You prefer pure Research over Design: This role is approx. 90% UI/Figma delivery. If you are looking for a role focused primarily on UX Research, discovery phases, or deep academic analysis, you might find this position unfulfilling. What will you get? ✨ B2B contract at an hourly rate of 70-85 PLN/h - depending on experience & skills , 50-100% FTE (depending on current commercial projects), Work on-site at the itCraft office in Bydgoszcz, co-working space in Warsaw or remote , Google Workspace tools, Medical insurance , Access to Multisport card & life insurance, Team-building events (e.g. Quarterly Pizza Day), Internal referral program, Access to the internal e-books and courses library. 🚀  Interested? Send us your CV! What happens after that? 4 steps of a fully remote recruitment process. We will review your CV and portfolio. Take part in a 45-minute call with our HR team (partially in English). Join a 1h call verifying your technical and soft skills with the PM and/or Head of Delivery. Take part in the Assessment Center (~2h) . We will be more than happy to make you an offer and welcome you aboard! 🤝

🏢 Summary: Lead UI/UX Designer role owning end-to-end product design, visual language, and design system for a learning and research product. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear UX flows and high-fidelity UI, collaborating closely with engineering to ship polished experiences. The role combines product design, brand identity, and rapid user validation with full ownership of quality and craft. 🗂️ Requirements: Proven experience in end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products, Ability to create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, Experience defining and scaling design systems with components and variants, Proficiency in Figma for auto-layout, prototyping, and system management, Experience collaborating closely with engineering for production handoff, Ability to conduct lightweight user research and rapid validation, Strong understanding of HCI principles and interaction design, Ability to define and maintain cohesive brand identity across product surfaces 📃 Skills: Figma, UX, UI, Prototyping, Wireframing, DesignSystems, Typography, Illustration, Branding, HCI, InteractionDesign, AutoLayout, UserResearch 🏢 Description: ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an expert UI/UX designer with outstanding taste and a bias for shipping to lead every visual and brand aspect of our product — from the core design system down to the last pixel. This is not a "pure artist" role. You'll work in a tight product team, iterate fast, and make hard trade-offs when reality demands it. You'll own the visual language of a product used by people who care deeply about learning and research. The expectation is high — you define what good looks like, and you hold that bar as the product grows. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Core product journeys Own end-to-end design for the most important product experiences — search and discovery, reading, notes, and collaboration. Turn ambiguous problems into clear UX flows, prototypes, and shippable UI. Design system Define and evolve the design system — components, variants, states — so the team can move fast without quality regressions as features multiply. Craft and details Raise the bar on hierarchy, interaction, motion, and micro-details so the product feels inevitable rather than assembled. Engineering collaboration Work in a tight shipping loop with engineering to land high-fidelity designs in production exactly as intended. User research Run lightweight user research and rapid validation when it meaningfully reduces risk — not as a process, but as a tool. Brand coherence Keep brand and marketing surfaces coherent with the product — visual language, typography, and key visuals. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Elite communication You set expectations accurately and live up to them. No surprises on timelines, scope, or quality. Deep resilience Feedback cycles, tight deadlines, tough discussions — you have a large buffer before stress impacts your output. No ego Your work gets better through collaboration. We're here to build something great, not to manage insecurities. Product mastery You understand what makes great software feel inevitable — clarity, hierarchy, consistency, motion, copy, and details. You've studied the best and can articulate why it works. Brand instinct You can define a visual identity that feels premium, coherent, and distinctly ours — and keep it consistent as the product scales. HCI fascination Deeply interested in human-computer interaction. Actively exploring AI-native interfaces and new interaction primitives that feel intuitive, not bolted on. Bonus Ex-founder experience. DESIGN STACK Figma for components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems. Brand identity, guidelines, typography, colour, and illustration. Close collaboration with engineering for production handoff. Lightweight user research and validation. The stack isn't fixed — outcomes matter more than tools. DESIGN CULTURE Radical ownership You own the visual language and the bar. You decide what good looks like — and you're accountable for it. Ruthless simplicity We delete, simplify, and reduce. Every element must earn its place. Fast iteration Polished does not mean slow. We prototype, test, and refine quickly. Direct feedback Feedback is blunt, concise, and respectful. No politics. RECRUITMENT PROCESS Recruiter screening — a short intro call. 1-on-1 with the founder — a conversation about how you think and design. Design challenge (~2 hours) — onboard to the product, review what's working and what isn't, record a Loom and send it over. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience. Equity and profit share Core team members receive both equity and profit share as part of the compensation package. Unlimited PTO Use your own judgement — we won't count days. Real ownership No managers capping your authority. You own your work end-to-end, with the full trust of the team behind you.

🏢 Summary: UX/UI Designer role focused on designing scalable, AI-ready mobile products using advanced Figma workflows and robust Design Systems. The position involves end-to-end UX process ownership, from service design and workshops to interactive prototypes and collaboration with Scrum teams. Emphasis is placed on accessibility, WCAG compliance, and delivering implementation-ready designs. 🗂️ Requirements: 3+ years experience as UX/UI Designer in mobile apps, Proficiency in Figma, Experience building and maintaining Design Systems, Experience working in Scrum, Ability to create Low-Fi and Hi-Fi interactive prototypes, Knowledge and practical application of WCAG standards, Experience with Service Design methods, Fluent English, Polish language required 📃 Skills: Figma, Flutter, WCAG, Scrum, ServiceDesign, DesignSystems, Prototyping, MVP, LeanStartup, Benchmarking 🏢 Description: Hello UX/UI Designer About LeanCode At LeanCode, we build core technology solutions for global, large-scale organizations. We are a global leader in Flutter , an official Flutter Consultancy, and one of only four agencies at the Flutter Advisory Board – working closely with Google and delivering projects worldwide: from the US and LatAm, through Europe (UK, DACH, Nordics), to Australia. At our core, we are a team of 75+ engineers, designers, and specialists, who learn fast, constantly improve, and never cheat – both in how we build software and how we work with our clients. 2026 is all about AI. Yet design might be the very last domain to be entirely replaced by autonomous agents. That’s why your role as a designer is more important than ever: to embrace the superpowers AI provides, while still driving the creative process yourself. At LeanCode, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who wants to: Master the tools needed to build AI-ready projects with Figma MCP; Create and evolve complex Design Systems that scale; Take ownership of the usability of mobile products, ensuring a user-centered approach in every feature; Grow in a stable environment that values both great project delivery and your personal development. Ensure all designs follow WCAG standards to create inclusive digital products. If this sounds like you, then you might be the perfect fit for the UX Designer role at LeanCode! Craftsmanship first In our projects, we push Figma to its limits by building beautiful, programmable Design Systems. We maintain our own LeanCode Design System and adapt it for each project to ensure efficiency and consistency. Our UX team works hand in hand with developers, making sure every detail is covered — from interactions and animations to edge cases — so that designs are both exhaustive and implementation-ready . UX goes beyond mockups When working with our clients, we rely heavily on Service Design techniques to uncover the real pain points end-users face and craft solutions that truly address their needs. We are strong advocates of the Lean Startup approach (as described by Eric Ries), which pushes teams to step outside the office, validate business needs with clients, and run interviews with end-users. Our design process typically begins with interactive workshops lasting two to four weeks (inspired by Jake Knapp’s Google Sprint guidelines). These sessions often result in a Proof of Concept . Once validated, the solution is refined iteratively — adding new features, regularly releasing them to real users, and evolving the product into a robust MVP . This process keeps us aligned with user needs and ensures we deliver the highest possible value at every stage. Responsibilities: Direct work with the client on the problem statement and business needs; Analysing the business need of the client and structuring the problem; Desk research and benchmarking for the existing solutions to the problem; Solution engineering using Service Design Methods; Creation of the Low-Fi and Hi-Fi, interactive mockups, and all necessary product exemplifications enabling communication with key stakeholders; Facilitating the Product Roadmap design process; Working on Product Backlog; Cooperating with the Scrum Teams on delivering the product; You will be considered a perfect match for this role if you have: Experience as a UX/UI Designer  (3+ years) in building mobile apps; Proficiency in craftsmanship and independence in day-to-day work; Experience in working with Scrum; Great command of English and natural communication skills; Process and structure-oriented thinking; Polish language is required. We give extra points for: Proven experience in working with Design Systems; Strong knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and practical experience in implementing WCAG standards; Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid setup (Warsaw, Służew Metro Station). What you can expect: 15 000 - 20 000 + VAT; B2B Contract; Any work model (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site) MacBook; Comfortable, spacious office with a large backyard (we have frequent BBQ parties); Specialty coffee from a local roastery (yes, we are coffee freaks…); Regular UX meetings and working on the internal processes to excel in delivery; Frequent technical talks from various areas of software development (system architecture, Domain-Driven Design, mobile & frontend trends, UX); Table tennis and table soccer tournaments. Recruitment process: Submit an application form below. Complete a technical assignment designed to assess your core skills—design, tool proficiency and way of working. You’ll have 3 business days to complete it. Join the technical call with our Product Design Lead / Product Designer & Product Owner to discuss your experience and walk us through your solution in detail. This session also includes a whiteboard exercise and live Figma design. Join the final call with our CEO & CTO to solve additional case studies during which you can show off your structured analytical thinking, and afterward discuss the potential cooperation and your future development.
