We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical UX Designer to join our FinTech team on a substitution basis. In this role, you will be driving the creation and development of our payment and financial services.

Have a strong background as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in large-scale, complex organizations with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
Possess exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to deeply understand and solve user problems.
Display excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, easily aligning objectives with various product and engineering teams.
Are comfortable with a broad and flexible scope of work, adapting seamlessly to changing team needs and product priorities.
Are proactive about adopting and working with modern AI tools, acting as an ambassador to drive innovation within the design team.
Fluent in English (at least B2 level) and fluent in Polish (at least C1 level).
Nice to have: Previous experience in the financial sector (banking, fintech, or agencies working with financial products).
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Taking full design ownership of user experiences within Allegro’s payment services and financial products (in areas like: Allegro Pay, Allegro Klik, Allegro Kapitał and payment processes ).
Driving the design and technical preparation for the implementation of fundamental components within our New Design System.
Optimizing the payment and checkout processes on the platform to ensure a seamless, friction-free customer journey.
Collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business goals into intuitive flows.
Utilizing data analysis and feedback loops to continuously measure and refine the impact, quality, and timelines of your design solutions.
