Main purpose of the position:
As ISS continues to implement the P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty, and Tungsten Automation) globally, we are recruiting a P2P@ISS (Coupa) Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be part of the implementation function responsible for delivering the systems in new countries.
Key expectations:
You should have detailed experience of administrating Coupa P2P modules, with excellent technical knowledge of the platform. It is essential that you can work independently but also that you adhere to the programme governance. You will need to prioritise requests and balance different stakeholders’ needs, and communicate clearly and consistently.
What you’ll do:
Provide technical expertise in the implementation and development of the Coupa platform, ensuring alignment to the ISS blueprint.
Work alongside the P2P@ISS team on deployments of P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty and Tungsten Automation) across ISS countries.
Take ownership of your area of responsibility during an implementation, ensuring tasks are delivered in line with the project methodology
Support to the other members of the project team as required.

Key qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with Coupa P2P modules and platform administration (Coupa certification preferred)
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of cXML and API connections, and general integration concepts
Python experience with automation and data preparation is an advantage

Verbal and written communication with a variety of stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
Collaboration with all levels of international stakeholders
Problem solving and creative thinking
Working independently in a structured and prioritised way
