Job Description
As an Archiving Systems Engineer and a member of the Global Archiving Services Department at Bosch, you will be responsible for:
Managing and administering various systems, including but not limited to MS Windows Servers, Oracle/SQL databases, OpenText products Content Server/Archiving Center.
Setting up new archiving systems and processes.
Maintaining existing archiving systems, including patching and upgrades.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing archiving systems, serving as the final internal escalation point before involving external vendors (e.g., OpenText).
Monitoring and reporting on infrastructure health.
Optimizing and automating routine processes and tasks.
Providing consultation to Bosch internal stakeholders, including colleagues from other IT departments and broader business units, on archiving services, processes, and scenarios.
