Team/Role Overview IT Quality Analyst role is located in Warsaw but is part of a dynamic virtual team with members based in the US and India. Proficient in Agile development methodologies. Skilled in end-to-end functional testing, including requirements analysis, test case creation, execution, and sign-off. Expertise in using test management tools, particularly Jira. Experience working in a distributed team model (onshore/offshore) and collaborating with clients, developers, and business users. Proactive, self-sufficient, and takes full ownership of tasks from start to finish. Capable of resolving complex and highly variable technical challenges.
