Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on enabling automated, end‑to‑end loan processing (Straight‑Through Processing) to deliver seamless customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. The project emphasizes building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure and driving automation across loan origination and servicing processes within an Agile, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan processing systems
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
  • Collaborate closely with developers, Business SMEs and Product Owners to ensure end‑to‑end automation
  • Monitor systems and improve performance using modern observability tools
  • Integrate systems and optimize workflows for smooth loan application and approval processes
  • Contribute to Agile practices, continuous improvement, and solution design discussions

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Min. 4 years of experience in DevOps and strong knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of financial services processes and core banking concepts (especially loan workflows)
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring/observability tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
  • Degree in IT, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
