About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic DevOps Expert with proven technical expertise in implementing DevOps practices. You will provide clear direction to management and teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and the developer experience within the STP tribe.

The STP tribe manages the communication layer for messaging and file transfers, ensuring secure and highly available services across the Euroclear group. A major transition to cloud infrastructure is planned for next year.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Cross-Division Collaboration

  • Participate in and occasionally lead strategic discussions across IT and DevOps divisions.

  • Align DevOps initiatives with broader business and technology goals.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

  • Lead the design and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Required Qualifications Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience in implementing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Helm.

  • Experience designing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

  • Proficiency in managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
