We are recruiting for a global company from the life sciences and healthcare area. They are focused on developing and operating large-scale cloud platforms and digital services used across different regions and business units.
In this role, you will join a cloud engineering team working mainly on a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. You will take ownership of designing, building, and running parts of the cloud platform together with other engineers. A big part of the job is making sure the platform is reliable, secure, and aligned with internal architecture standards. You will also work closely with stakeholders and help improve how cloud solutions are delivered and maintained.
Key responsibilities
Design, build and maintain cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Take ownership of parts of the cloud platform and its architecture
Ensure cloud systems are scalable, secure and reliable
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build and maintain infrastructure automation and deployment processes
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
Collaborate with international teams on daily basis
Improve platform stability, performance and delivery processes
Ideal candidate profile
6+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (other clouds will be a plus)
Strong experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure design
Hands-on experience with Python (especially in automation / data / platform work)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
Good knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar)
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
English at B2 level or higher
Conditions
Form of cooperation: employment contract
Salary range: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN gross/month + annual bonus + tax-deductible costs (KUP)
Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the Warsaw office
