  • Implement identity integration (SAML / OIDC, role and group mapping).

  • Drive cost optimization (autoscaling, storage tiering, infra efficiency).

  • Build GIS‑aware CI/CD (GISOps):

    • Service deployments

    • Schema changes

    • Data migrations

DevOps & Kubernetes

  • Operate ArcGIS Enterprise on AWS EKS.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).

  • Create deployment and upgrade pipelines.

  • Partner with central platform teams on Kubernetes standards.

Team Foundation

  • Establish initial operational standards, runbooks, and best practices.

  • Help define future hiring needs and role profiles.

  • Collaborate closely with application, data, and analytics teams.

Who are you?

  • Experience running enterprise workloads on AWS, ideally with EKS / Kubernetes exposure.

  • Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.

  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.

  • Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash) for operations and tooling.

  • A track record of working independently, owning outcomes end-to-end.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across organizational boundaries.

  • Background in enterprise geospatial workflows and large‑scale datasets

What We Offer

  • A rare opportunity to build and evolve a modern GIS DevOps platform at enterprise scale

  • High ownership and influence over architecture, tooling, operational standards, and team culture.

  • Collaboration with experienced cloud, data, analytics, and platform engineering teams.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the Polish technology market.
