We’re looking for a Consultant in Technology Consulting to support a technology transformation initiative in a mid-to-large organization.

This role is for someone with a hands-on software engineering or DevOps background who can step back, assess how software is delivered today, identify bottlenecks and risks, and recommend practical improvements across the SDLC.

You should be comfortable working with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders, combining technical credibility with consulting-style analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or similar technical roles

  • Strong hands-on background in application development and/or CI/CD, automation, and software delivery

  • Proven experience improving engineering processes, SDLC practices, or software delivery models in larger organizations

  • Strong understanding of modern SDLC, DevOps, DevSecOps, testing, code quality, and release practices

  • Ability to analyse both technical and organizational factors impacting software delivery

  • Proficiency in creating visual presentations

  • Confidence working with developers, architects, managers, and senior stakeholders

  • Good interpersonal communication skills
