About the Role

We are looking for Test Automation Engineers (Regular and Senior) to join a large-scale, ongoing project in the financial sector. You will be working on end-to-end test automation for payment systems, covering complex flows across multiple interconnected applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to business-critical systems while working in a mature, international team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests for payment solutions

  • Perform test analysis, test case design, and implementation

  • Execute both automated and manual tests, analyzing results

  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and issues

  • Build and improve test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework

  • Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders

  • Continuously improve test coverage, stability, and performance


Requirements (Regular & Senior)

Must-have:

  • Strong knowledge of Python

  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework

  • Experience working with Jenkins (CI/CD)

  • Solid experience in:

    • Test analysis and design

    • Test implementation and execution

    • Root cause analysis

    • Test automation framework development

  • Experience with modern development tools (e.g., Git, AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot)

  • Very good communication skills in English


Additional for Senior Level:

  • Proven experience designing scalable automation strategies

THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to support large-scale banking and payments transformation programmes by designing and implementing robust automation solutions for regression and smoke testing activities. You will play a key role in improving testing efficiency, increasing coverage across critical MVP paths, and supporting high-quality software delivery. Working closely with manual testers, developers, and programme stakeholders, you will help define automation priorities, maintain automation frameworks, and contribute to continuous quality assurance across card and banking platforms. Fluency in Polish is mandatory.
