We are seeking a Senior Python / Automation Engineer with applied AI exposure to enhance enterprise-grade automation, focusing on project management, financial controls, and process orchestration. Main Responsibilities: Drive productivity gains through automation initiatives. Own the production maturity of solutions beyond proof of concept. Develop and maintain automated workflows and AI agents. Ensure monitoring and performance optimization in a live environment. Collaborate across teams for deployment and governance of automation projects. Key Requirements: 5+ years software engineering experience. Strong Python development expertise. Experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions. Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks. API design and integration experience. SQL and data processing experience. Git and CI/CD experience.
