We are actively seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Architect/deploy enterprise network/datacenter infrastructures (Layer-3 switches/next-gen firewalls/global load balancers/blade chassis) to meet high availability & performance SLAs;
  • Engineer secure platform architectures with NLB/DNS/DHCP/PKI/segmented zones;
  • Manage enterprise backup/disaster recovery platforms with replication for continuity/data integrity;
  • Oversee/maintain Windows servers/VMware/Hyper-V & monitor capacity/availability;
  • Supervise AD/Exchange/Office 365/MDM/endpoint security/config management to ensure reliability & compliance;
  • Plan lifecycle upgrades (patching/firmware) to minimize downtime & mitigate risks;
  • Provide Tier-III escalation for app/DevOps teams & diagnose bottlenecks/root causes;
  • Design/implement automation scripts to streamline admin tasks & optimize efficiency;
  • Enable QA/DevOps automation by provisioning/maintaining CI/CD pipelines & automated tests.

Education and Other Qualifications

  • MS in Electrical Engineering/Telecom Systems & Networks or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of telecom networks/network administration/security
  • Expertise in system/software/server patching
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell for automation
  • Excellent ability in configuring/troubleshooting/maintaining Linux/Windows servers & deploying/administering VMware environments
  • Proficient in Cisco routers/switches/firewalls/load balancers/DNS/Active Directory/DFS/GPO/Lenovo Blade Servers/NAS & Dell Servers
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) & Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

The salary range reflected is a good-faith estimate of the base pay for the position's primary location. Our compensation reflects labor costs across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $119,500 to $120,500 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities of the successful candidate.
