The project is focused on developing a platform for creating AI agents without technical expertise. It enables businesses to deploy plug-and-play AI assistants that handle communication, reporting, analysis, and collaboration tasks across channels such as email, phone, etc. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Testing AI/agent-based product features, including LLM logic and agent workflows.

  • Evaluating prompt quality, model responses, and overall output reliability.

  • Performing classical QA: UI, API, and integration testing.

  • Designing and maintaining automated tests for both AI-driven and traditional components.

  • Collaborating closely with a small team, contributing beyond strict QA scope when needed.

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in QA across UI, API, and integration layers for 3+ years.

  • Understanding of LLM-based systems (prompting, response evaluation).
