QA Automation Engineer (Playwright & C#) / Wroclaw

Location: Wroclaw, hybrid 3 days/week.

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and C# to join our growing quality engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through both manual and automated testing practices.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to build scalable test automation frameworks and improve overall software quality across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute functional and automation test cases

  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and C#

  • Perform end-to-end, regression, smoke, and integration testing

  • Validate APIs, databases, and backend systems to ensure data integrity and system reliability

  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test plans

  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout Agile delivery cycles

  • Participate in CI/CD and DevOps testing processes

  • Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and testing best practices

  • Support production validation and troubleshooting activities when required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation

  • Strong hands-on experience in both Functional Testing and Automation Testing

  • Solid automation experience using Playwright with C#

  • Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test suites

  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies

  • Comfortable writing and executing SQL/DB queries for testing and data validation purposes

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
