About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to support the Customer Portal team, with a strong focus on automation testing using Playwright. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of delivered IT solutions within an Agile Scrum environment through automated testing, test planning, defect tracking, and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate as a member of the Scrum team, ensuring the quality of delivered IT solutions.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured automated test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, and plan test activities with a focus on automation.
Design, execute, and document automated tests using Playwright, while also being available to support manual testing when necessary.
Identify, record, and track defects, maintaining clear communication within the team.
Define and perform regression tests.
Stay current with new testing tools and strategies, continuously improving the testing process in the assigned project.
Effectively manage time to deliver results within established deadlines.
Required Skills:
2–3+ years of experience in automation testing, ideally with Playwright.
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
Hands-on experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases using test design techniques.
Familiarity with tools supporting test activities, including GitHub, X-ray, Confluence, and Jira.
Experience in software development within the Agile/Scrum process. - Ability to collaborate within a larger team while also working independently.
Openness to sharing knowledge and ideas.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Pytest (Python) for test automation.
Knowledge of API testing (e.g., REST, XML, Microservices).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
