As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading tech innovator focusing on workforce management solutions. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the ComPass application, a pivotal tool for streamlining workforce operations. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming business processes through cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, reliable features.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
  • Ensure top performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs with proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
  • Support the testing, deployment, and productionisation of new features in a greenfield environment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Maintain excellent code quality standards and document development processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6+.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and reusable library creation.
  • Familiarity with design and software architectural patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing, unit tests, and continuous integration.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Previous experience working on workforce or HR-related applications.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.

Language Required for the role :

  • Fluent English (full professional proficiency).
