We are looking for an experienced Validation Specialist to support quality assurance and testing activities across multiple systems and platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and reliability of validated environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to system upgrades and releases. The position requires strong expertise in validation processes, excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, and a willingness to work partially from the office in Warsaw.
Your tasks
Lead and execute validation and testing activities for system upgrades and releases
Manage validation processes for quality management and document management platforms
Collaborate with teams responsible for laboratory system integrations
Support validation of software platforms used for lifecycle or application management
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in cross-team coordination to deliver high-quality, validated solutions
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in validation within QA or testing environments
Prior experience as a GxP Specialist, including validation and qualification processes
Strong knowledge of validation methodologies and documentation practices
Experience with quality/document management systems and validation of similar platforms
Familiarity with laboratory systems and integrations is highly desirable
Knowledge of enterprise systems and validation in complex environments is an asset
Fluency in Polish and English, along with strong communication skills
Willingness to work partially from the office in Warsaw
