Project scope:
Write and execute manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD style)
Identify, prioritize, and analyze defects and bugs
Deliver clear and structured quality reports to stakeholders
Implement, maintain, and improve regression test scenarios
Participate in and facilitate quality ceremonies such as Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, and
Quality Chapter meetings
Design, develop, and maintain product-oriented automated test scenarios
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global Quality Strategy
Promote a shift-left approach and ensure end-to-end product quality
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams

Competence demands:
Strong experience as a Software Quality Engineer / QA Engineer
Hands-on experience with test automation in the Java/Cucumber ecosystem
Practical knowledge of writing product-centric test scenarios
Experience working in complex and large-scale projects
Good understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD-oriented quality processes
Experience working in Agile environments
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
Agile, ISTQB, or TMAP certification will be an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
