We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our client. This role is focused on testing framework, used by multiple teams. Backbone, the foundation of our functional and end-to-end tests and key to guaranteeing the highest possible quality standards for our product. We are looking for talented Quality Assurance engineer, that’s excellent team member, a problem solver, a communicator and proficient in QA domain.

Project scope:
Participate in internal/external forums and discussions around QA methodology/framework/tooling evolution
Analyze, define, and execute test standards and procedures for complex and cross-functional solutions.
Master QA methodologies, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
Document defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Design/create/enhance/improve scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks, test plans, test cases, and test data, using mainly Selenium & Selenium Grid.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for test automation
Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools, such as Jenkins.
Propose relevant KPI and ways of measuring them efficiently, for both software deliverables and compliance
Ensure adoption and improvement of testing tools & environments: promote existing ones to avoid duplication, evaluate them, and recommend improvements
Continuously evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the automation process
Participate in the understanding, measurement, and reduction of the environmental impact of the tested applications and associated QA activities
Requirements:
Mastery of QA methodologies, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting
Strong skills in defect documentation, root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions
Expertise in QA tools, test environments, and test automation frameworks/solutions
Extensive knowledge and experience in the usage of Selenium & Selenium Grid
Strong skills in programming, architecture, and design patterns in Java
Proven experience as a QA Architect or Senior QA Engineer in cloud-based environments, preferably Azure
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Strong Cloud experience - Azure or similar
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Hold a proficient product domain knowledge incl. relevant business processes & scenarios and a proficient understanding of customer needs
Certification in QA and automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus
