Software Engineer / Research Engineer

You will be part of our R&D team working on solutions to enhance optical hardware performance and imaging quality for the next generation of space telescopes, including developing and implementing software for experimental setups in the laboratory.  

Note: Work is hybrid! You will sometimes need to enter the lab where the hardware is manufactured. 

Task examples: 

  • Hardware/API/SDK integration 

  • Writing code for control systems and sensors

  • Direct support of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Opticians etc. 

  • Preparing and performing tests

  • Writing and maintaining the documentation
