We are looking for an AI-First Fullstack Engineer who is actively building a real AI-augmented development practice — not just using autocomplete. You will work across varied client engagements, contribute to meaningful technical decisions, and be expected to grow quickly in an environment that takes AI tooling seriously. This is a role for engineers who are intentional about how they use AI and want to develop that skill alongside their core technical craft.
We follow a remote-first setup with no mandatory regular office visits for this position. From time to time, you may be invited to join in-person meetings in one of our offices (Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, or Bialystok), for example for client visits or team reunions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack features with attention to quality, performance, and reliability
Apply AI tools actively throughout your workflow: generation, refactoring, review, testing, and research
Participate in architectural and design discussions — contribute ideas, ask good questions, and learn from senior engineers
Write clean, reviewable code and actively engage in code reviews
Communicate clearly with the team and client stakeholders in English
Flag risks, blockers, and technical concerns early
Continuously refine your AI workflow and share learnings with the team
AI-First Requirements
Must have:
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent AI coding assistants
Understanding of agents and sub-agents: what they are, how they are composed, and when to use them
Experience with custom skills: creating or using reusable AI skill definitions that extend tool capabilities beyond defaults
Familiarity with AI planning workflows: using AI to generate structured implementation plans (e.g. task breakdowns, step-by-step plans stored as files or tickets) before generating code
Prompt engineering sufficient to produce reliable, high-quality output; ability to critically evaluate and override AI suggestions when needed
Experience building or configuring project-level AI instructions (e.g. copilot-instructions.md, CLAUDE.md, or similar) to shape agent behavior at the repo level
Nice to have:
Awareness of how AI tools fit into different SDLC phases: requirements analysis, design, implementation, code review, testing, and documentation — not just code generation
Practical experience orchestrating multiple AI agents in parallel for concurrent task execution
Familiarity with agentic loop patterns: tool use, reflection, iterative self-correction
Technical Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience with .NET / C# — REST APIs, middleware, dependency injection, authentication flows: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT
SQL databases and ORMs; NoSQL familiarity is a plus
Additional experience in Python, Java, or Node.js is a plus
Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Practical experience with React (preferable) and/or Angular
Familiarity with state management, async patterns, and frontend testing basics
Comfortable working on both monolithic and service-oriented codebases
Awareness of DDD, CQRS concepts (hands-on experience is a plus, not required)
Basic familiarity with message-driven or event-driven patterns
Docker fundamentals; basic Kubernetes awareness is a plus
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar
Cloud exposure: Azure, AWS, or GCP
Basic observability: structured logging, understanding of tracing concepts
