Mid Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

We are looking for a self-reliant Mid-level Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic project that demands proficiency across the entire tech stack. The defining feature of this role is AI-assisted development—we are seeking a specialist for whom tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot are a natural extension of their workflow, allowing for rapid prototyping and the delivery of high-quality solutions with increased efficiency.

Details

• Seniority: Mid (minimum 3 years of commercial experience).

• Rate: Up to 100 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).

• Backend Stack: Python, Django.

• Frontend Stack: React.

• Start Date: ASAP.

• Language: Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack Delivery: Independently designing and implementing features from the database layer to the user interface.

• AI Integration: Actively utilizing modern AI tools in the daily workflow to optimize development processes and code generation.

• Database Management: Working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.

• Code Quality: Writing testable, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Core Stack: Solid, project-backed knowledge of React, Python, and Django.

• Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and the ability to integrate them seamlessly into daily tasks.

• Autonomy: Ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently with minimal supervision.

• Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.

Nice to Have

• Practical knowledge of Nextcloud.
