Montrose Software invites all aspiring Software Testers to apply for a paid Internship with an International IT Company. This 3-month program is designed for beginners, so no prior software testing experience is required, though it is a plus. You will gain hands-on experience working on real-life projects in an Agile team, focusing on testing internal company projects. Our experienced Testers will teach you everything you need to know from scratch—just bring your interest in the field and a willingness to learn. We are offering to extend the internship period into a regular position, with the possibility of working with international teams.

Project information: Work Setup: Remote work Rate: 125 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract) Language: English (B2+ Required) Start date: depending on candidate availability Project scope: Work within an Agile squad delivering the CREST modernization program, focusing on testing while supporting development activities as needed Build strong business and technical knowledge to contribute across multiple initiatives within the squad Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Technical Leads, CREST application architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Deliver a coherent end-to-end testing solution covering both functional and non-functional requirements Define and establish estimation principles for phases of the migration program Author and own the Test Strategy, proposing the most optimal test approach and presenting it to key stakeholders, with alternative approaches where appropriate Peer-review test scenarios and test cases, and execute tests to agreed standards Demonstrate excellent defect management capabilities, including analysis, challenge, and collaboration with other teams Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies aligned to the criticality of the business domain Skills & Capabilities: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and analyse information from documentation, system data, clients, and colleagues.
