Defines, formalizes, and updates the Test methodology based on best practices and industry standards. Key Requirements Master's degree in IT or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in an IT environment within a large company. Minimum of 7 years in testing (tester, analyst, or manager). 2-3 years of experience in test management. Nice to Have Experience in test automation. Fluency in French (great to have). Other Details The position is based in Belgium, Brussels. The manager will oversee an indirect team of 10 to 15 testing professionals and will report to the Domain Manager. The role involves participation in operational and management meetings at various levels.
