About the position

We are seeking an intern Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team for a project with a vital insurance industry client. The intern will help the team to ensure that the final product meets the client's specified quality standards and requirements. You will help them to identify and report any bugs or glitches in a timely and effective manner. This role requires an individual with a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related technical field

  • Good english communication skills (B2+), Polish language is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies

  • Basic knowledge of Tools: Postman, Cypress (experience with additional languages is considered an asset)

  • Basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence

  • Analytical skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Сritical thinking

  • Independence and drive to grow and learn

  • Some experience in software development will be considered as an additional asset

  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools is a plus

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

  • Excellent verbal communication skills are a must

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and specifications

  • Create and execute test cases to verify the functionality and performance of our software products

  • Conduct manual testing to identify and document defects, bugs, and inconsistencies

  • Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation, including test plans and test reports

  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues

  • Participate in regression testing to ensure the stability of our software releases

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of our products

About the position As a Site Reliability Engineer within Advanced Analytics Team you will join the Infra team to own the reliability and operational health of the platform. You will define and maintain service level objectives, drive incident response at the infrastructure layer, and systematically eliminate operational toil through automation. You will work closely with Platform Engineers, Security Engineers, and the Run & Change team to ensure the platform meets its reliability commitments across production workloads spanning AI services, Java APIs, and frontend applications. Key responsibilities: Define, instrument, and maintain SLOs and SLIs for platform components; own error budget tracking and produce regular reliability reports for hub leadership. Serve on the on-call rotation as the infrastructure escalation tier; lead incident response for cluster-level, network-level, and storage failures; chair blameless post-incident reviews. Implement and operate Kubernetes infrastructure (AKS): cluster lifecycle management, networking, resource quotas, autoscaling configuration, and multi-tenancy patterns across spoke namespaces.
