We are seeking a highly skilled Python Test Automation Engineer to join our team!
The project operates in the aviation sector and involves a mission-critical flight management system used in a highly regulated environment. It is developed and maintained by multiple international teams working in a distributed setup.
The system we are working on is complex, so our goal is to improve test efficiency, scalability, and overall quality through a more standardized and maintainable approach.
Your tasks
Writing new tests in Python
Developing a testing framework using Selenium
Working with Cucumber/Gherkin
Focusing on refactoring existing test suites and expanding automation
Improving test efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Python development experience
Experience in UI test automation in Selenium
Hands-on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to drive BDD-based software development
API Testing using Postman, Swagger
English at an advanced level
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
