SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in controls and automation at industrial and life sciences clients to join our team. You'll provide overall project leadership, manage the execution of small to mid-sized projects of ranging complexities, and act as the commercial liaison with our customers.  With the support of technical leads, you'll plan, organize and lead the project team. There are also financial, resource and risk balancing aspects to our role, which you should apply to today.

  • Planning and management of services including contract negotiation, project initiation, budget, and schedule management.
  • Risk Analysis; Management of project risks and issues
  • Communicate with management to report on employee and project performance
  • Support the management of administration activities, including training plans, timesheets and expenses
  • Manage and report project P&L
  • Demonstrate team leadership 
  • Define resource needs, fulfillment and scheduling
  • Maintain customer contact

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent and 5 years of project management
  • PMP Certification a plus, or intention to gain PMP certification in very near future
  • Good understanding of finance, business, and ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-sized projects of moderate complexity and scope within assigned project technical scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Experienced with the implementation of industrial IT systems such as MES and enterprise level data analytics/management software
  • Solid background in process automation and controls technology
  • System Life Cycle Development Methodology within GMP environment preferred
  • Travel may be required

Twój zakres obowiązków: Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań z zakresu automatyzacji procesów (RPA) Analiza procesów biznesowych i dobór odpowiednich rozwiązań wspierających automatyzację Tworzenie oraz rozwój rozwiązań odpowiadających wymaganiom projektowym i biznesowym Współpraca przy utrzymaniu stabilności i ciągłości działania wdrażanych usług Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i technicznymi w ramach realizowanych projektów Wymagane doświadczenie: Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w co najmniej jednej z technologii: UiPath (UiPath Studio, UiPath Robot, UiPath Assistant, UiPath Orchrestrator, UiPath Integration Services, UiPath Data Serivce/Data Fabric, UiPath Test Suite, UiPath Admin / Architect / Data Center Blue Prism Automation Anywhere Selenium (IDE, WebDriver, ChromeDriver / EdgeDriver, locators, C# / Python / JavaScript bindings, DevTools) Mile widziane: Znajomość SQL Znajomość VB .NET, VBA lub C# Podstawowa znajomość Enterprise Architect Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca pracę z dokumentacją techniczną Wiedza z zakresu procesów biznesowych Znajomość PowerShell Oferujemy: Stabilność zatrudnienia – długofalowe projekty, współpraca z wiodącymi firmami, możliwość rozwoju w różnych obszarach branży IT.
