Senior Fullstack Software Engineer & Tech Lead – TypeScript, AWS

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer & Tech Lead, you will be working for our client, a pioneering organization committed to delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions and shaping the future of technology infrastructure. You will drive impactful projects that leverage modern cloud platforms and full-stack development, fostering innovation and excellence at every step.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS using TypeScript and other modern technologies.
• Architect and oversee UI development with React and TypeScript, ensuring performance and usability standards.
• Mentor and guide a talented engineering team, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver integrated platforms.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
• Support CI/CD pipeline development to facilitate streamlined, automated deployments.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development and cloud architecture.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, and AWS services, including serverless platforms such as Lambda and Batch.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2, Sybase) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to lead with a strategic mindset and foster collaborative teamwork.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional experience with infrastructure management using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Business awareness to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent Polish and English
