Responsibilities: 

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Node.js. 

  • Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints. 

  • Implementing business logic and server-side integrations. 

  • Working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), including data modeling and query optimization. 

  • Integrating third-party services and external APIs. 

  • Ensuring application performance, reliability, and scalability. 

  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. 

  • Implementing security best practices, including authentication and authorization. 

  • Participating in code reviews and improving code quality standards. 

  • Collaborating with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members. 

  • Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. 

  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving backend issues. 

  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. 

Must-haves: 

  • Experience as a Backend Developer (NodeJs) for 2+ years.  

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript. 

  • Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services. 

  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and Node.js internals.
