Role Overview

We are looking for Template Designer to support the successful onboarding and delivery of new clients. This role focuses on designing and implementing high-quality label templates, running client workshops and training users on the NetTickIT Designer platform.

You will work closely with clients, business analysts and implementation teams to ensure templates are aligned with business requirements and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Template Design & Configuration

  • Design and build NetTickIT templates for:

    • Shelf-edge labels

    • Promotional labels

    • Peg hook labels

    • Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs)

  • Create and maintain Template Specification Documents

  • Ensure consistency, branding and usability across all templates

Client Engagement & Workshops

  • Lead template workshops with clients to gather requirements

  • Translate business and operational needs into template designs

  • Advise clients on best practice for shelf-edge, promotional and ESL labelling

  • Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Training & Support

  • Create user guides, documentation, and FAQs

  • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Provide ongoing guidance on template optimisation

  • Deliver client training sessions and workshops on how to use NetTickIT Designer

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with:

    • Developers (integration and data mapping)

    • Business Analysts (requirements gathering)

    • Implementation Specialists (deployment)

    • Project Manager

  • Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including:

    • Requirements gathering

    • Configuration

    • Testing

    • Go-live support

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and design quality

  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions

  • Experience with C# 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • English at C1 (Advanced) level or higher

Desirable

  • Experience in retail technology or labelling solutions

  • Knowledge of:

    • POS systems

    • Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs)

  • UI/UX or graphic design experience

  • Experience working in customer-facing delivery roles

  • Experience delivering workshops and client training
