Senior .Net Developer

Now we’re looking for a .NET Developer to join our team on a project for one of our international clients.

We need a hands-on .NET lead developer who can own delivery, improve code quality, mentor developers, and work closely with architecture, QA, DB, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

What exactly will you be doing?:

• Leading development work across .NET, C#, and Azure-based applications.

• Reviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.

• Working on application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, HttpClient usage, long-running processes, and error handling.

• Supporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or services.

• Partnering with QA teams on testability, regression coverage, defect triage, and release readiness.

• Mentoring mid-level developers and raising engineering standards.

• Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce rework.

• Participating in production issue analysis and root-cause reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years software development experience.

• Strong C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API experience.

• Strong Entity Framework / EF Core experience.

• Strong Azure experience: App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.

• Experience improving performance and reliability in production systems.

• Experience leading developers, reviewing code, and setting engineering standards.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Angular / React / front-end experience.

• Redis / distributed caching.

• Azure Front Door, API Management, Service Bus, Storage.

• Insurance, fintech, or regulated environment experience.

• Experience with test automation and CI/CD quality gates.
