We are looking for a mid software engineer to join our team in Warsaw. Desired skills include:


  • strong background in software engineering, version control, writing readable code and tests, robust design, and basic data structures and algorithms

  • ability to conceive logical software architectures and express yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing

  • willingness to tackle a wide array of problems and technologies

  • willingness to participate in regular design sessions, code reviews, and working in teams

The Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for the lifecycle of the hardware that powers our development and field operations across the globe. You will also be responsible for managing digital access internally, as well as externally. We are looking for a versatile professional with a background that spans both hardware and software administration. Your core responsibilities will include: Global procurement and logistics: Sourcing, configuring, and distributing laptops (Windows/Linux) and mobile devices for our staff in Poland and across our African offices.
