Junior Java Developer

We are seeking a Junior Java Developer to join EPAM and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for a global technology client. You will enhance critical internal tools within the mergers and acquisitions domain, working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative setting that supports growth and impact.

This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Gdańsk, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and address customer issues under senior engineer guidance

• Contribute to the optimization of key internal business tools

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions

• Participate in code reviews adhering to established software development practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java with foundational development experience of 0-2 years

• Familiarity with SQL and dependency injection frameworks like Guice or Spring

• Attention to detail alongside strong problem-solving skills
