Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for integrating security tools with our technology stack and CI/CD pipelines, while leveraging AI coding agents and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate workflows and accelerate development.

Working in the Security Engineering / DevSecOps department you will support SOC, GRC, and AppSec teams by building intelligent integrations, automating security data processing, and delivering insightful reporting dashboards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend integrations using modern scripting languages and AI coding agents to accelerate delivery and prototyping.

  • Design and implement APIs and cloud-based applications for the GRC department, including building and maintaining MCP servers/tools that securely expose internal security data and APIs to AI agents.

  • Integrate security solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enhance governance, ensuring AI-generated code is automatically scanned and validated.

  • Leverage data to support IT-GRC risk reporting, using AI agents to parse and structure complex security logs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across platforms and workflows.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, contributing to internal modules and embedding security-by-design principles into AI-driven templates and automation.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience integrating security tooling with DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation, including collaboration with SOC, GRC, and AppSec teams to deliver automated workflows and reporting.

  • Experience working alongside AI coding agents and familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for extending LLM capabilities with external tools and data sources.

  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration technologies.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automating tasks, processes, and building security data pipelines.

  • Experience building dashboards and reports for security data visualization and metrics, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications To land this role you will need: Fullstack Engineering 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful fullstack exposure. Strong working knowledge of C# and .NET ( ASP.NET Core, Web APIs). Solid experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript. Experience designing and consuming RESTful services. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and basic data modeling. Understanding of clean code principles, maintainable design, and automated testing. Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. Agentic Development Capabilities Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent). Ability to evaluate AI-generated backend and frontend code critically. Understanding of how modular design, strong typing, documentation, and test coverage improve AI tool effectiveness. Pragmatic mindset — using AI to accelerate delivery without compromising quality or security. Collaboration & Mindset Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
