Rolle: Als Android SystemUI / Automotive Software Engineer bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von systemnahen Android‑Komponenten, die im Fahrzeug direkt sichtbar und interaktiv genutzt werden. Du arbeitest an zentralen UI‑Elementen des Systems, von Benachrichtigungen bis hin zu fahrzeugspezifischen Interfaces – und entwickelst Software, die direkt auf realer Fahrzeughardware getestet wird.

Android SystemUI (System User Interface) ist ein zentraler Systemprozess im Android-Betriebssystem, der alle visuellen und interaktiven Elemente bereitstellt, die nicht zu einer App gehören, sondern zum Android‑System selbst.

Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Erweiterung von Android SystemUI‑Komponenten (z. B. Statusleiste, Benachrichtigungen, Lockscreen, Quick Settings, Navigation UI)

  • Integration fahrzeugspezifischer Funktionen wie Distraction OptimizationKeyguardVHAL (z. B. Fahrsignale, Sitzbelegung).
