What We're Looking For: Technical Expertise 8+ years of software engineering, solutions architecture, or hands-on implementation experience. Strong backend engineering background with professional experience in Java, Kotlin, Node.js, or similar technologies. Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes. Ability to write clean, efficient integration code live during technical workshops and debugging sessions under pressure. Identity & Financial Systems Experience Proven track record of working with regulated entities (Banks, Fintechs, Insurance, or Payment Providers). Deep understanding of how identity verification impacts broader business processes (onboarding, payment authorization, fraud mitigation). Required: hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect and at least one of: Open Banking / bank API integration, payment infrastructure, or regulated onboarding workflows.
