The Role:
DailyPay is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations to drive cross-functional projects related to our Capital Markets franchise. Additionally, the Capital Markets Analyst will be involved with institutional investor outreach and certain capital raising opportunities. This is a role that requires excellent project management skills, capital markets experience, exceptional professional judgment and maturity, and a keen interest in developing the market for a new asset class.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support the Capital Markets Team in driving various cross-functional projects, with a focus on strengthening our brand in the institutional investor community and continuously improving our internal approach to the markets
  • Help drive the day-to-day project management of various long-term deliverables, analyses, and thought leadership relating to the firm's capital markets footprint
  • Assist in future securities issuances and capital raises on behalf of DailyPay
  • Monitor market trends and produce reports relevant to both internal and external audiences
  • Manage and maintain databases and analyze relevant opportunities for DailyPay


What You Bring to The Team:

  • 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Alternative Asset Management, Corporate Law or other relevant field
  • Relevant experience in project management with complex and high-pressure situations
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial statement analysis, and capital markets
  • Experience with Securitizations (e.g., Asset Backed Securities)
  • Ability to produce high quality deliverables and lead complex projects without a great deal of supervision
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
