Description

Provide full-time emergency medicine coverage in Newark within a high-volume 29-bed ED, supported by radiology, specialty consults, and diagnostic services. Work structured 12-hour physician shifts and collaborate with ED and specialty teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency department physician coverage
• Provide patient care across ED presentations
• Coordinate with on-site and remote diagnostic support (radiology/teleradiology)
• Support specialty consultation coverage (radiology, interventional radiology, psychiatry, anesthesiology, ultrasound, and others listed by the program)

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license in the state or ability to attain an unrestricted state license
• Candidate must be PA or FNP BE/BC
• Active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and/or PALS
