Description

This role offers physician-led Hospital Medicine night coverage in metro Southeast Florida (West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale areas). You’ll provide high-quality, concierge-level patient care supported by a 24/7 team and teaching opportunities. J1/H1B pathways are supported, including help with licensing, credentialing, and required filing fees.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist hospital medicine care during night shifts
• Deliver high-quality patient care and act as a patient advocate
• Collaborate with 24/7 advanced practitioner support and specialist network
• Use Meditech for clinical documentation

Requirements

• MD/DO with training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for J1 or H1B employment (or able to pursue these options)
• Willingness to work nights only as a nocturnist
• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome
