Description

Lead and enhance rehabilitation care by managing the facility’s day-to-day operations in collaboration with administrative staff. Develop relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers to improve visibility and increase patient referrals. Work Monday–Friday at a state-of-the-art rehab facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, efficient operation of the facility
• Build and maintain referral and healthcare provider relationships
• Support growth by increasing patient referrals
