Description

Build and enhance high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. You’ll collaborate with design and product teams, integrate third-party APIs and native libraries, and ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile applications in React Native for iOS and Android
• Create seamless, intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces with design and product teams
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Integrate third-party APIs and native libraries as needed
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and debug applications to ensure code quality and functionality
• Stay current with React Native advancements and apply best practices in coding, architecture, and development methodologies
• Provide technical expertise to guide product development and resolve complex issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT experience and at least 2 years of proven experience as a React Native Developer
• Expertise in React Native; React is essential
• Comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and evolving project requirements
• In-depth understanding of React Native architecture, component lifecycle, state management, and hooks
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and native app design principles
• Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations
• Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with code testing and debugging (e.g., Jest)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GraphQL integration with front-end applications
• Experience creating native modules using Swift/Kotlin/Java
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
