Requirements

• Proven aerospace hardware engineering experience

• Hands-on experience with hardware design and development

• Ability to lead technical efforts and coordinate cross-functional work

• Strong validation and test experience

• Experience creating technical documentation

• Ability to apply engineering standards and requirements to hardware development
