• Schedule: Mon–Thu, 40 hours/week (9 am–6 pm Mon; 8 am–5 pm Tue/Wed; 7 am–4 pm Thu)

• Patient volume: 18–25 patients/day

• Population: all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)

• Setting: outpatient FQHC clinic in a rural community

• EMR: OCHIN or EPIC

Description

Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner position covering family practice, women’s health, or urgent care in an outpatient FQHC rural clinic. The role requires family medicine experience managing chronic conditions and women’s health experience including IUD and/or Nexplanon placement. MAT waiver is helpful for addiction treatment support.
