Description

You will work on defence and security-related systems in highly secure, on-premise infrastructures with limited or no external connectivity. The role supports critical software delivery pipelines and environments that must meet strict security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for defence and security projects

• Administer and support Linux-based systems in restricted and on-premise environments

• Ensure availability, stability and security of development, test and production systems

• Automate infrastructure and operational processes to improve reliability and repeatability

• Support development teams with build, deployment and runtime issues

• Participate in incident analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Prepare systems and documentation for security audits and compliance reviews

• Cooperate closely with infrastructure, security and project teams in classified environments

Requirements

• Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator or similar role

• Very good knowledge of Linux system administration, troubleshooting and hardening

• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Practical experience with container technologies and basic Kubernetes administration

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools

• Experience with monitoring and logging systems

• Ability to automate operational tasks using Bash or Python

• Solid understanding of IT security principles (access control, patching, vulnerability management, secrets)

• Experience working with on-premise infrastructure or restricted connectivity environments

• Polish: fluent/native

• English: C1

• Willingness to undergo mandatory personal security clearance (up to NATO Secret / Tajne)

• Readiness to work on-site in Wrocław, including periods of full on-site work due to security requirements
