Description

You will design and develop software components for satellite simulator systems based on the HyperSat platform. The role includes building payload and satellite imaging simulators, automating testing/validation/build/deployment with CI/CD, and participating in satellite-to-ground integration campaigns. You will deliver high-quality, readable, well-documented, and testable code, and support deployment and monitoring of the developed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop satellite simulator software components for the HyperSat platform
• Create payload simulators, including satellite imaging systems
• Automate testing, validation, build, and deployment using CI/CD
• Participate in integration campaigns between satellite and ground segments
• Write high-quality, readable, well-documented, and testable code
• Use Git for version control and Docker for containerization
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
• Deploy and monitor the developed systems

Requirements

• Experience in software development
• Technical higher education (Computer Science or related) or equivalent work experience
• Very good proficiency in Python
• Experience working with Git
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
• Experience with Docker (containerization)
• Comfort working in a Linux environment
• Good English proficiency
