Description

You will evaluate and analyze proposed solutions within an ongoing optimization process for complex RF front-end solutions, including antenna systems. The role combines RF simulation, RF validation measurements, reporting, and review of certification data. You will also characterize system-level noise emissions and support maintaining the RF measurement environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RF validation measurements and prepare comprehensive reports

• Simulate, design, and optimize RF front-end schematics and layouts

• Estimate and characterize system-level noise emissions

• Maintain measurement equipment and RF chambers

• Document test processes and align workflows

• Review and analyze certification data

• Communicate with counterparts

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Antenna principles

• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation software (CST, HFSS)

• Experience with RF measurement equipment and tools (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meters, etc.)

• Experience with RF board bring-up

• Understanding of conventional wireless systems for consumer electronics at PHY/MAC level (WiFi/BT/BLE/Sub-1GHz)

• Hands-on experience in antennas and PCB prototyping

• Hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation software and task optimization

• Hands-on experience with signal integrity approaches

• EMI/EMC certification and analysis on worldwide regulatory domains

• Experience in embedded RTOS configuration and flashing; Linux-based systems philosophy

• Basic radar knowledge (architecture and data processing)

• Good written and spoken English
