Description

Lead an end-to-end technology migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Klaviyo, then plan and execute rollouts across multiple international markets and business entities. You will migrate and optimize marketing assets, customer data structures, and automated flows, while driving segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and global email marketing architecture. The role is hands-on, including data mapping, integrations, QA/testing, and go-live coordination.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the migration from SFMC to Klaviyo with minimal disruption

• Migrate and optimize customer data structures, campaign assets, and automated flows

• Plan, manage, and support international Klaviyo rollouts across localized markets

• Design and implement customer segmentation and advanced target-group logic

• Support centralization of customer and performance data to enable single-source-of-truth analytics

• Perform hands-on data mapping, system integrations, QA/testing, and go-live orchestration

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex Klaviyo migration projects

• Direct experience migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify integrations for Klaviyo

• Experience with international or multi-market rollouts and localization

• Practical expertise in advanced segmentation, automated flows/triggers, customer lifecycle management (CLM), and customer journey design/optimization

• Exceptional English communication (written and spoken); German is a plus

• Must be EU-based
