Description

Build rich-media, interactive ads—game ads, swipeable galleries, quizzes, fireplace skins, and dealer banners—by turning designer layouts into pixel-perfect, responsive creatives. Implement interactive behavior, animations, and clickout/tracking/tag testing, then deliver the ads through a webpack-based workflow. Work in short, Jira-driven cycles with AI-first templates and visual verification.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive ads in HTML, SCSS, and ES6 JavaScript using the in-house ad framework and its webpack-based build tool

• Convert designer layouts into pixel-perfect, responsive creatives that work across many ad sizes

• Animate creatives with GSAP while keeping performance efficient (e.g., avoiding excessive CPU use)

• Implement interactive experiences including mini-games/scenes (Phaser), galleries, quizzes, and drag-and-drop mechanics

• Wire clickouts, tracking events, and dealer data (store locators and geocoded dealer lists)

• Verify changes visually using Playwright, starting from format templates; keep a short decision log per ad

• Propose improvements to templates, build steps, and tooling to speed up the team

Requirements

• Solid HTML and CSS with the ability to recreate designs from mocks and notice small (e.g., 2px) layout differences

• Modern JavaScript (ES6+) including modules, classes, events, and async

• Animation and motion experience using GSAP, CSS animations, or the Web Animations API

• Comfortable with Git (branches, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts)

• A portfolio showing something you built (repo, live page, or CodePen collection)

• Drive to improve workflow by fixing repetitive or slow tooling rather than working around it

• Working English at B2+ level

Benefits

• Remote work, full-time

• Mandate contract: PLN 5,000–7,000 gross per month

• B2B contract: PLN 5,000–7,000 net per month

• UoP contract: gross UoP equivalent on request
