Description

You will consult and support the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in workshops, ensuring that assembly/montage processes and sales flows can be handled efficiently and safely.

You will map and document assembly order processes, build and run test cases, validate master data, coordinate handover to Finance, and train key users—then support the go-live and the first weeks after launch.

Responsibilities

• Record and describe the assembly order process for Business Central

• Create test cases based on real orders and accompany key users during testing

• Clarify warehouse/material requirements and document open points

• Validate master data, including items and resources

• Review the handover/transition to the accounting module with the finance team

• Deliver hands-on training for key users

• Support the go-live and assist during the first weeks

• Implement simple configuration settings as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV focused on Sales and Logistics

• At least 3 implementation projects with go-live; at least one in Business Central including assembly/montage management

• Experience with assembly/montage management, including assembly bills of materials and assembly orders

• Knowledge of Sales in Business Central (quotes, deliveries, invoicing)

• Experience with the connection to Finance, including posting groups and sales VAT

• Experience with practical, hands-on user training

• Fluent German (verbal and written)
